Shipping information:

All shipments are sent by Canada Post with a tracking number. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment has been processed.

Edmonton to Western Canada shipments will take average 1-2 business days
Edmonton to Eastern Canada shipments will take average 3-5 business days
Edmonton to Western USA shipments will take average 3-5 business days
Edmonton to Eastern USA shipments will take average 5-7 business days

For all customers wanting to pick up in store, please select the “pick up in store” button and we will send out an email once your order is ready for pickup.

​Please bring your receipt and identification to validate your order when picking up.

When will our items be shipped out?

Once you have put your order through, your order will be processed on or the next day that it has been received. We only ship items out on business days (Monday-Friday).  We do not ship out weekends or statutory holidays.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All products are FINAL SALE unless the item was damaged or defective during shipping. If that is the case please return the item to:

And we will issue you an exchange.  Please make sure to send your damaged or defective product back with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items while in transit.
